We’re looking for a new Account Executive to join the Lumo team! As an Account Executive, you will help develop new customer relationships and deepen existing ones with growers and vineyard management companies in the Napa Sonoma region. Ideally, you’ll bring past experience working in ag or other similar industries, a demonstrated ability to close new business, and a passion for delivering incredible operational outcomes for the growers we serve.

This role is full-time, in-person in the Napa Sonoma area, with occasional travel required.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join us here at Lumo! As our Customer Success Manager, we are looking for someone with a background in customer relationship management, dedicated to providing impactful solutions that result in highly successful accounts enabling strong adoption, renewal and upsell.

This is a hybrid role ( 2+days/week in the Lumo office in Santa Rosa, CA) with frequent in-person presence required in the Napa Sonoma area.
